Why I'm doing this
I'm going to try to make one million dollars in six months. I'm almost 50, old, busted, and tired. I'm swimming in debt. I've got two kids heading to college in less than a year, and I'm at real risk of losing both my house and my car in the next few months.
That, right there, is what we call a hard deadline: a million dollars, six months.
Six weeks ago I quit my job, the only paying gig I had. So, obviously, I started a YouTube channel. Every time I go online I get hit in the face with "make a fortune a day with AI." So you know what? I'm going to put that to the test, with everything on the line.
I'm great at starting things and a disaster at finishing them. So the grind isn't going to work for me. This has to be built differently.
We all know consistency is king. Show up every day, grind it out, play the long game. But I've got the super-duper McJupiter ADHD. The long game isn't my game, so I'm building a way to win that actually fits how my brain works, and sharing every honest number along the way.
The three rules I'm playing by
Low or free to start
I won't spend money I don't have. Anything past a tiny startup cost, I find the free version, or I walk.
It has to work quickly
It needs to work fairly quickly and not need constant attention. No slow grind that eats every hour of my day.
Real numbers
I show the actual figures. No rounding up, no vanity math. The scary number out loud, every time.
