Better systems inside.Better visibility outside.

Two sides of the same shift. Let's automate the operations work so you can scale, and make sure AI search engines recommend you.

No pitch deck. You'll leave with your three highest-value automation candidates and a read on whether AI engines currently mention you at all, whether or not you hire us.

Past work includes

The problem

You already know where the time
for busywork goes.

As a team of one, this is your evening. At twenty, it's a coordinator you hired to paper over it. At a thousand, it's an entire function that exists to move information between systems that should be talking to each other.

Different scale, identical problem. And it is not a people problem. The work is structured badly, and you handle it when it's on fire.

The usual response is to add a person. That works until it doesn't, and it never fixes the handoff underneath.

Services

What we actually build

Intake and onboarding that runs itself

New client information enters once and populates your CRM, project tool, billing system, and document templates.

Reporting that assembles before you ask for it

Client-facing and internal reports pull from source systems on a schedule and land where your team already works.

Document and content workflows

Proposals, contracts, and recurring deliverables generated from your templates and your data, with a human approving rather than typing.

The connective tissue between tools you already pay for

Almost nobody needs new software. They need the systems they already own to talk to each other.

Process

How the work runs

01 Strategize

We map how work actually moves

Not how the org chart or the SOP says it does. You get a written operations map and a ranked list of automation candidates by hours returned per week. This step is identical whether we're mapping one person's week or four departments.

02 Automate

We build in your existing stack

In priority order, one workflow at a time. Each one ships and proves out before the next one starts. You approve every automation before it touches live data.

03 Scale

We document what we built

Then train your team to own it, and hand over the keys. Ongoing support is available and optional, never required.

You will always know what is running, why, and how to turn it off.

AI search visibility

The other half is being found.

Buyers have stopped scrolling ten blue links. They ask an engine, and the engine names two or three companies. If yours is not one of them, the shortlist was written without you.

We audit whether AI engines currently mention you at all, find the sources those engines actually cite in your category, and restructure your content so your answers are the ones they extract.

It runs on the same principle as the automation work. Find where the process is structured badly, then fix the structure rather than adding effort on top of it.

Stack and integrations

We build in the tools you already own

Most engagements touch systems you're already paying for and already trained on. We are not here to sell you a platform or lock you into ours. That holds whether your stack is three tools or three hundred.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What does an AI automation consultant actually do?

An AI automation consultant maps how work moves through your business, identifies the repetitive processes that consume the most staff hours, and builds systems that run those processes automatically. The work is roughly one third process design, one third integration between existing software, and one third training your team to own what gets built. It is not about buying an AI product. It is about removing the manual handoffs between the tools you already use.

What happens if an automation breaks?

Every automation we build includes failure notification and a documented manual fallback, so work never silently stops. You get the runbook whether or not you keep us on retainer. Nothing we build is a black box you can't inspect.

Who owns the automations you build?

You do. They live in your accounts, on your subscriptions, under your credentials. We document every workflow and train your team to modify it. If you decide to bring the work in house or hire someone else, nothing has to be rebuilt.

Will this replace people on my team?

It changes what people spend the day on rather than reducing headcount. The processes worth automating are the ones everyone already resents. If you're a team of one, it gives you back your evenings. If you're larger, most clients use the reclaimed hours for work they were turning away.

Do we need to use AI for this?

Plenty of the highest-return work is deterministic integration with no model involved. AI gets used where judgment or unstructured language is genuinely required, such as reading inbound documents or drafting from a template. Using it where it isn't needed adds cost and failure modes.

About

Why an operator focus, not a technologist?

Most people selling AI automation came to it from engineering and learned the business side afterward. We came from the other direction.

We have the integration know-how, and we know what it's like to be handed an output you can't actually operate.

Start with the map, not the build.

The 30-minute call is a working session, not a sales call. Bring the process that annoys you most, at whatever scale you're running.
